If you, or anyone in your household has symptoms of Covid-19, you must not attend the event
Pitch size is determined by the management
The price charged for a Pitch (day rate), Table Hire (day rate) or Public Entry (day rate) is the price indicated on our website or other marketing material and may be subject to change without notice
Kentish Town Car Boot provides a free Loyalty Card. Members of the public may gain free entry to the event when a Loyalty Card has received the correct number of stamps and has been validated by the management
Car Vendors must book in advance
All vehicle manoeuvring on site must be made with both front windows open
Drivers must follow instructions given by KTCB staff
All online bookings must be paid for in full before they are confirmed
An online booking may be cancelled by email, WhatsApp or by text message up to 48 hours before 10:00am of the day of the event, whereby the Vendor will receive 100% refund. Any later than this and there will be no refund
Online bookings must be paid for no less than 48 hours before the start of the event
If a Vendor makes a confirmed booking and does not arrive on the booked date the booking is forfeit
Missed bookings are not transferable
Tables are hired to Vendors at the sole discretion of the management
Standard tables are a folding table, designed for light to medium weight use.
Heavy items should not be placed on a standard table
Damaged tables will be charged at a rate of £35.00 each
Clothes Rails are hired to Vendors at the sole discretion of the management
Clothes Rails are designed for medium weight use up to 50kg
Damaged Clothes Rails will be charged at a rate of £35.00 each
No trading is to take place in any form between Vendors, or Vendors & Buyers before 11:00am on the day of the event
Car Vendors must remain on site until 2:00pm
No music of any kind from any source is permitted
No Smoking on the entire premises
Vendors must vacate the premises by 2:30pm on the day of the event
Children must be supervised at all times
Kentish Town Car Boot accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods. Goods bought or sold at Kentish Town Car Boot are at vendors and customers own risk and are not directly linked to Kentish Town Car Boot. We do not take responsibility for any goods sold
Images & video created by Kentish Town Car Boot which may include images of Vendors, their products and goods will be used to market the business for the benefit of the Kentish Town Car Boot and the Vendors. Such images and videos are used at the sole discretion of Kentish Town Car Boot
Vendors are responsible for the removal & disposal of their rubbish from the premises
Animals are not allowed within the premises
Management reserves the right of admission
The sale of food is strictly forbidden
The sale of alcohol is strictly forbidden
The sale of knives is strictly forbidden
The sale of pornography is strictly forbidden
The sale of counterfeit audio-visual goods or software is strictly forbidden
Contravention of these Terms & Conditions will mean immediate ejection without refund or compensation
All and any decisions taken by the management of Kentish Town Car Boot are final
